ABOUT ME
WELCOME — I’M LUCY.
My journey began as a Junior at a creative branding agency in Adelaide, where I learned the importance of a brand's feel and voice. I focused mainly on real estate accounts, handling print collateral and diving into the digital side of the agency.
In 2021, I moved to Queensland and became an Account Manager at a web & digital marketing agency on the Gold Coast. This role gave me invaluable experience working with multi-million-dollar eCommerce accounts, particularly in the fashion, athleisure, swimwear, and food industries. I managed everything from Shopify store builds to paid ad strategies. During this time, I also began creating UGC content for various clients.
By 2023, I ventured into freelancing, contracting with agencies and taking on my own clientele. This included developing websites, creating digital strategies, managing organic & paid social media, and designing EDMs.
Now in 2025, I’m proud to work exclusively with my own clients. I’m so passionate about what I do, and can’t wait for what the new few years hold.
As soon as I finished high school, I jumped straight into the agency world, moving through multiple agencies over the years.
But the pace was relentless. I was always on the go, with little time to pause. Over time, I felt my creativity, and love of collaborating with people fade. I remember telling myself that I didn’t want to be client facing anymore (Obvs didn’t happen)
When I stepped into freelancing, I knew I wanted to create a different environment. Where work and collaborating felt good and intentional, rather than overwhelming. I truly believe work shouldn’t drain us — It should challenge, but never at the cost of our peace. That’s why I choose to work a little differently!
I now love what I do more than ever. I love the days filled with meetings where I get to meet you and learn about your business! And I love the days when I’m designing away at my computer with a podcast.
